Everything you need to know about your WarrantyAccess coverage.
Your serial number is printed on a sticker on the back of the graphics card itself, and also on the outside of the retail box. It's usually labeled "S/N" or "Serial No." The serial number is optional for registration but helps our team verify your product and speed up any future claims.
Technically your purchase gives you warranty rights, but registration is strongly recommended. It creates a formal record of your purchase date and product details, which makes filing a claim much faster and ensures there are no disputes about when your 1-year coverage started.
Under 2 minutes. You'll need your name, email, order number, purchase date, and product model. Submit the form and you'll receive a confirmation email within 1 business day with your warranty details.
Yes. You can register at any time during your warranty period. Your 1-year coverage runs from the original purchase date, not the registration date, so registering late doesn't reduce your coverage — it just means you've been unregistered until now.
First, check your spam or junk mail folder — confirmation emails occasionally end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at support@warrantyaccess.com with your name and order number and we'll resend your confirmation.
All products come with a 1-year (12-month) warranty from the original date of purchase. Your exact coverage expiry date is included in your registration confirmation email.
Your warranty covers manufacturing defects, performance failures, no-signal issues, screen artifacts caused by the GPU, fan failures from manufacturing defects, VRAM errors, and Dead on Arrival (DOA) situations. Basically, if it breaks under normal use due to a product defect, we cover it. See our full Warranty Terms for the complete list.
Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, cracks), damage from overclocking beyond manufacturer specs, improper installation, software/driver-only issues, cosmetic wear, and damage from power surges without proper surge protection. If you're unsure whether your issue is covered, file a claim and we'll assess it.
Light, conservative overclocking within safe voltage limits generally does not void your warranty. However, extreme overclocking — especially with voltage increases beyond standard limits — that demonstrably causes damage to the card is not covered. When in doubt, stick to manufacturer-recommended frequencies.
Warranties are tied to the original purchase order and not transferable to a new owner. If you purchased a used card, please contact us at support@warrantyaccess.com to discuss options.
The warranty applies regardless of which marketplace you purchased from. Select the appropriate marketplace during registration and use your marketplace order number (e.g., Amazon order numbers look like 114-1234567-8901234). We support Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, eBay, and others.
Log into the marketplace you purchased from and check your order history. Quick links: Amazon Orders · Newegg Orders · Walmart Orders · eBay Orders.
