1-Year Limited Warranty

Terms and Conditions — Effective for all purchases from WarrantyAccess-authorized sellers.

ℹ️ This warranty applies to all graphics card products sold through WarrantyAccess-authorized marketplace listings on Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, eBay, and other authorized platforms. Last updated: January 2025.

1. Warranty Coverage

WarrantyAccess ("we," "us," or "our") warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What Is Covered

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective product that qualifies under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Hardware failure under normal operating conditions
  • Display output failure (no signal, artifacts, flickering) originating from the GPU hardware
  • Fan failure due to a manufacturing defect
  • VRAM errors or instability caused by defective memory modules
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) — product non-functional upon first use
  • Any other defect determined by our team to result from a manufacturing issue

3. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage including cracks, breaks, bent connectors, or damage from dropping
  • Liquid damage from spills, flooding, condensation, or submersion
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside of its stated electrical specifications
  • Damage resulting from overclocking, voltage modifications, or use of third-party overclocking software beyond safe operating limits
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incompatible hardware, or use in a system that does not meet the product's requirements
  • Damage caused by power surges, electrical failures, or use without proper power protection
  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or discoloration that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear including fan bearing wear after extended use
  • Software or driver-related issues not caused by hardware failure
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must:

  1. Register your product at warrantyaccess.com (strongly recommended before an issue occurs)
  2. Submit a warranty claim at warrantyaccess.com/claim.html or email support@warrantyaccess.com
  3. Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
  4. Describe the issue in detail and provide photographs or evidence where applicable
  5. Upon claim approval, follow the return instructions provided by our support team

We will review your claim within 1–2 business days and respond with next steps. Most warranty claims are resolved within 5–7 business days of approval.

5. Warranty Remedies

Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, WarrantyAccess will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement — We will replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model of similar performance. Replacement is subject to inventory availability; if the exact model is unavailable, a card of equivalent performance will be provided.
  • Repair — In select cases, we may arrange for repair of the defective product

Refunds are not offered under this warranty. Our warranty remedy is limited to replacement or repair at our sole discretion.

Return shipping for valid warranty claims is covered by WarrantyAccess. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. WARRANTYACCESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WARRANTYACCESS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

7. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
