Go to the registration form on our homepage. You'll need your name, email address, order number, purchase date, and product model. The serial number is optional but helpful.

Receive Confirmation

Within 1 business day, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This email contains:

  • Your unique warranty reference number
  • Product details as registered
  • Coverage start and expiry date
  • Instructions for filing a claim if needed

Save this email — your reference number is required to file a claim.

You're Covered for 1 Year

Your warranty is active from the day you purchased the product. If anything goes wrong during your coverage period, file a claim and we'll take care of it.

Most claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days and resolved within 5–7 business days.

What's Included in Your Warranty

✅ Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing Defects — Hardware failures due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Performance Failure — Card stops functioning or severely underperforms without any user fault.
  • Display Output Issues — No video signal, screen artifacts, or flickering caused by the GPU.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) — Product was non-functional from the moment of receipt.
  • Fan Failure — GPU fan stops spinning or makes grinding noises due to a manufacturing defect.
  • VRAM Issues — Memory errors or instability caused by defective VRAM modules.

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Physical Damage — Drops, impacts, bent PCIe connectors, or cracked PCB.
  • Liquid Damage — Spills, condensation damage, or submersion.
  • Overclocking Damage — Damage from overclocking voltages beyond manufacturer specifications.
  • Improper Installation — Damage from incorrect installation, wrong slot, or incompatible system.
  • Software/Driver Issues — Problems caused purely by software, drivers, or OS conflicts.
  • Cosmetic Damage — Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear not affecting function.
